Saturday, June 5, 2021 - I believe 2013 was meant to be a good vintage but I found this wine a touch disappointing in the spectrum of Vat 1s.
Seemed a bit low on acid and prematurely developed given the usual slow aging of Hunter Valley Semillon; though the early approachability could be seen as a bonus.
Not bad but I think should be drunk a little younger than usual, certainly before the great 2011s.
