Sunday, June 6, 2021 - Ruby red with brown hues. When the glass is tilted and held to the light, there are orange tones to the wine. Some suspended sediment. Intense nose of dried cherry, leather and spice. Complex palate of tart cherry, earth, black fruit, with acidity and tannins. Decanted and drank over 3+ hours and kept getting better.
