Monday, June 7, 2021 - Classic Cab notes, black cherry, leather, cassis and mint.
A touch hot and ever so slightly thin, but otherwise a great QPR wine.
Needs 30-60 min decant. Drink.
Update. Forgot a partial bottle (a single glass) in the fridge for six days. Phenomenal.
Give this wine air and time.
