Monday, May 10, 2021 - This Sauvignon Blanc was surprisingly good.

It might have been because of the warm weather on Sunday, but the citrus, pear and grass notes you get on the nose are invigorating!

On the palate, green apple, grapefruit, passion fruit, soft butter, minerals flavours, for a decent mid finish down the hatch.

Overall great structured wine, and for a low $18 at the SAQ.

Summer is bound to start any day now.
