Friday, June 18, 2021 - From a magnum for Lauren's 40th birthday!

Black cherries, dark plums, tea leaves, cumin, allspice, cinnamon, leather, tar. Medum + body with soft but assertive tannins. Drinking great right now and paired beautifully with steak. Will go 5-10 more years in this format at least.
