Sunday, June 20, 2021 - Decanted and enjoyed from magnum with grilled ribeyes for Father’s Day. A bit of unresolved oak on the nose, with dark cherries, blackberries, juicy plums, vanilla and herbaceousness underneath. Tannin and acids looking for equilibrium. Developing. Upside potential as this starts to come together. Hold, or enjoy with long decant and big food.
