Monday, June 21, 2021 - Cork a bit infected with mold, but the wine still had lovely aromas of tar, wood and some fruit. Colour rather light wit slightly brown edge. Taste of mature wine, only smooth tannins left. Some discussions on whether there is bottle variation and this was more mature than others. Exciting to yeast the next bottle. Still a lovely wine.
