Wednesday, June 23, 2021 - Pale ruby garnet. On the nose, dried red berries, tea, faded rose petals, Sweet and sour red berry fruit on the palate with an intense floral back note, light bodied with a very pure fruit core that masks the underlying strength of the acids, light aromatic tannins moving into a very long finish. A beautiful sweet and complexly evolving lingering presence on the last sip. 13.5% alcohol. Delicious with pan fried king salmon, shitake mushrooms in butter, thyme, and chicken stock, and buttery asparagus.
