Saturday, June 26, 2021 - Dark garnet. Dark berries, ripe strawberry, rhubarb and deep, deep warm spices like cardamon and clove. It's medium+ bodied with good tanins. Leathery, rich and delicious on the finish. It's bold with acidity making it delicious on a rainy day, like today, or any day. I'm always bias towards Ridge wines, and Pagani is one of our favorites.
