Wednesday, January 13, 2021 - Light straw yellow, it has mineral driven aromas with citrus and honeyed fruits. Clean and off-dry palate, showing lively acidity to lift the weight. Drinking very well after 12 years, fresh and lively, finishes dry and long. It was indeed a pleasant surprise for me.
