Thursday, July 1, 2021 - Gareth's Magnum Dinner, part 2 (Noize): Magnum. A shame: seemed simultaneously a bit shut-down and ungenerous, and rather mature and gamey. Unsure whether this just needs more time or was a less-than-perfect bottle.

10/30/2021 1:31:00 AM - Not sure if your bottle had 'issues', but it seems clear that the wine needs more time. A good bit more time I think, esp for a Magnum!
