Sunday, July 4, 2021 - As usual, amazing. My comment 2/3 through bottle was that Boulay makes the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world. This may not be his top tier bottling, but it always is impressive and delightful. Gives Chablis a run for the money in mineral, citrus, substance and expression.
