Saturday, July 10, 2021 - Light straw color, bright and clear. Profound bouquet features kumquat, pineapple, citrus peel, white peach, and apricot... no cat pee here. A delicious gush of fruit and minerals on the palate and plenty of acidity to brace it all. Persistent through a long finish. A little more unabashed and slutty than the Sancerre's I've been tasting - not as elegant or complex, but this is a lot of fun!
