Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - 30 minute slow ox. Black currant, Christmas cake, mocha, licorice, tobacco weed come through. The wine is mature, layered, with well integrated tannins. Relatively open knit today it doesn’t show any heat or excess alcohol. Long satisfying palate staining finish.
