Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - Pale gold robe.
Nuanced oak, golden fruit nose. Medium body.
Pear, piquant quince, lemon zest attack, mineral core with slight carmel + crème brûlée mid palate, lingering vanilla finish.
Exceptional structure, balance. One fine wine. Don’t mean to sound trite, but très Côte d’Or blanc.
