Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - Decanted over cocktails. Silky on the palate with delicate herbs and savory fruit, then suddenly an attack of mocha espresso that lasts forever. This is a gorgeous wine and a stunning expression of To-Kalon fruit by one of my favorite winemakers.
