Monday, July 19, 2021 - Definitely preferred this to the 167 which I felt unbalanced. This is obviously still young, yet approachable. Lots of bright, vibrant, citrus fruit at this stage. Will leave another 6 months before trying, but probably needed 3-5 years to really hit its stride. Drank to celebrate CTOS IPO.

Update: Wow. This really improved over night in the fridge. A lot more complexity. Lots more nuts and savoury notes on the nose.
