Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - Slo-oxed for 10 minutes, chilled. A clear medium yellow. Lots of minerality and some white fruit on the nose. On the medium bodied palate there is lemon, minerality, some green apple, and nicely juicy acidity that cleanses the palate. A very good, fresh, smooth and balanced version of Grenache Blanc that should hold for another couple of years.
