Saturday, July 17, 2021 - Sophisticated. Youthful, primary. Can be consumed now but certainly will continue to evolve. Nice detail is that Rousseau labels this as a "monopole" since while there are other owners of Ruchottes, in his opinion, this Clos climat is a mini vineyard that he owns. Too bad Rousseau prices are so crazy these days.
