Saturday, July 24, 2021 - Had it last summer and it was bubble gum and we did not like it. What a year can make. Much better now. Initially fresh Rainer cherries. An hour later the earthiness came out. Mushrooms. What I learned is, let it age. It will get better. The bubble gum is still there but less so. So it depends on your bubble gum ratio.
