Thursday, July 29, 2021 - Back to where it was for me: a great wine, wonderful bouquet and good structure that keeps it interesting. Paired great with steak, though frankly it's just a great drinking wine. I wouldn't let it breathe too long - think this one's pretty ready to drink after 20-30 mins now.
