Sunday, August 1, 2021 - This was a fun ride. Agree with some comments that it takes ~30 mins to evolve but boy it does. Started out a bit saline and flat, then grew in structure and fattiness. Ripe apricots, beeswax, and a nuttiness that harmonizes nicely with the scant acidity. This is definitely not a wine for everyone, but I personally love northern Rhone whites and thought this was a real treat.
