Friday, August 6, 2021 - My first taste on this wine and blindly tasting it was more Burgundylike than Ermitage. Decanted for one hour, bright ruby color, nose of floral, fruits, minerals, light body (probably for this 08’ cool vintage) and spicy after taste. Surprisingly we did not feel the high alcohol content. A very juicy and comfortable wine in summer time.
