Thursday, July 29, 2021 - Pale lemon color with fine bubbles. Yeasty & bready on the nose, lemon & apples. Continuing on the palate with lemon, apples & toast. Solid structure in the wine, has a bolder presence than what I usually get in Champagne. Some astringency on the finish.
