Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - This wine is medium salmon in hue. Its aromas include strawberry, green apple, and lemon. It is bone dry with bright and refreshing acidity. Drinking well on the third day open, just lost a bit of the zippiness it had on day 1. Very enjoyable summer sipper.
