Saturday, August 21, 2021 - a very Sancerre nose with hay, cut grass, lemon, yellow fruits and a flinty/smoky hint. Intense flavor profile with gooseberry, hay, ripe lemon, a bit lactic also, stone fruits and a mineral driven finish. Good acidity but not the razarsharpness I normally like in Sancerre. Can it be the warm vintage? overall top tier Sancerre with a huge intensity.
