Saturday, August 21, 2021 - Another wonderful bottle of this wine. Crisp, multifaceted, lots of apple, pear, citrus and tropical notes throughout the nose and the palate. Very long finish. Impeccably balanced. Broad across your mouth with great texture. Thoroughly enjoyable and in a great place now, possibly at peak but showing no real oxidation or deterioration.
