Monday, August 23, 2021 - I opened this when I found it in my refrigerator after my wife had her friends over on 4 days ago. While I am generally not a fan of SB I must say that I found this pretty enjoyable. The wine is smoother than most with balanced acidty and a ready to consume attitude.

I get a sulphuric aroma with grapefruit and lemon rind. In mouth the wine is lemon with a lingering lemon grass flavor.
