Monday, August 23, 2021 - Tasted blind. Lovely nose of strawberries and minerals with a bright red fruit character. Tons of acidity on the palate with tart red berries, grapefruit, and pomegranate, yet a velvety feel that wraps all of that acidity. Nice finish. I really enjoyed this and at least right now preferred it over the 2018 Valentini Cerasuolo.
