Saturday, September 4, 2021 - Lot of dark fruit in noe. Some cedar. A bit alcohol. Some Spice tones of mynth.
Taste, kirschstones, kirsh, tayberries, dry tones of oak. Some pipetobacco. Wonderful follower to Entrecôte, muschroome and tomatosalsa.
Storeabel fore many years. Go to get some into Cellar, good vintage.
