Friday, September 24, 2021 - PnP. Medium deep red. Intense nose of cherries and spice. On the palate this is multi-dimensional with cherry, rhubarb, and lavender, as well as spicy notes. Lovely palate depth and elegance with little in the way of tannins to resolve but very good acid to cleanse the palate. This seems to be in its drinking window but no rush.
