Monday, February 2, 2009 - Medium-pale ruby, fading at the edges, but without browning. Quite pretty and feminine on the nose. The fruit is bright and light, and there is plenty of acidity. Roughish texture tannins on the back end, and a spicy kick. The sweet spot comes after about 2 hours. This certainly benefits from air, and the left overs are in good shape the next day.
