Tuesday, September 28, 2021 - Really enjoyed this wine. Full bodied and smooth. No green pepper notes that can detract from a Cab Franc. Minimal signs of ageing so this wine might last at peak through the suggested 2022 drinking window. I have enjoyed all of the wines that I have purchased from Burrowing Owl and need to get more in my cellar.
