Wednesday, July 21, 2021 - In der Nase Vanille und grüner Apfel. Im Mund werden die Aromen bestätigt sowie um Nuss und Wiesenkräuter erweitert. Immer noch eine hohe Säure und viel Frische sowie Würzigkeit. Die Säure ist für meinen persönlichen Geschmack fast ein bisschen zu stark. Leicht Ölig. Sehr dicht und intensiv. Der Wein hat eine mittlere Komplexität und zusätzliche Luft tat ihm gut. Für 2015 noch sehr jung. Der Wein hat definitiv noch Potenzial. Gutes P/L Verhältnis für einen Lagenwein dieser Güteklasse. 89/90+

On the nose, vanilla and green apple. In the mouth, the aromas are confirmed and expanded by nut and meadow herbs. Still a high acidity and a lot of freshness as well as spiciness. The acidity is almost a bit too strong for my personal taste. Slightly oily. Very dense and intense. The wine has a medium complexity and additional air was good for the wine. For 2015 still very young. The wine definitely still has potential. Good P/L ratio for a estate wine of this quality class. 89/90+
