Sunday, October 3, 2021 - Paired with Vanilla Bean Panacotta with Mango Chutney and Toffee Crumble. Cellar temp. A nose of creme brulee jumped out of the glass. Some apricot, honeysuckle, and mango. On the palate, mouth coating and rich. Apricot, mango, slight burnt sugar. Loved it. A finish that lasted forever.
