Tuesday, October 12, 2021 - Mid lemon-yellow. Nose of flint/stone, citrus, vanilla, Christmas spices. Palate confirms. The wine has a searing acidity and good length. Medium bodied with medium alcohol. Creamy texture in the mouth. Great minerality with well-judged oak. Delicious now but could hold on to it for a decade.
