Thursday, October 14, 2021 - This is such a wine geek wine! It is fairly light in colour and starts out on the nose is like a mature mid-range Burgundy. But on the palate it is pure Bordeaux - red and black fruits, hot terracotta, some graphite. After a while, the nose opens up with all these classic notes of the Graves. Smoky. Delicious.
