Thursday, October 28, 2021 - Monsieur Milet donated for our farewell Panetiere dinner last nite. Lovely wine! Generous nose of grapefruit, fragrant honeysuckle and flowers. There's a hint of sweetness, matched with a solid acidic core and good amount of minerality. Good fruit--peaches, apricots and definitive notes of kumquat. Long, pleasant finish. Delicious!
