Monday, November 1, 2021 - New world Merlot from a stellar vintage. This bottling has mellowed and come together nicely since my last bottle in 19. Still some bite to the tannins but overall a lovely bottle. Chocolate, plums with touches of red fruit. Medium finish. No harm in opening now but I think there is upside in a few years.
