Saturday, November 6, 2021 - Glass: Gabriel Gold.
Very nice golden color (more on the pale side). Very nice autolysis notes, with some baked apple and some roasted nuts/almonds. The nose shows a nice complexity and the same goes for the palate. Very nice and fine bubbles. Such a nice mouthfeel. The body is really nice (not too broad and not too lean). The finish is long. I need to highlight that the acidity is just perfect.
Note, I had not the impression that we're talking about an aged vintage Champagne from end of the 90ties. It's ridicules young. Good stored bottles will easily keep for a decade imo (maybe even with some upside!). I can only recommend this bubble.
