Wednesday, November 10, 2021 - Diam10 cork.
Light straw yellow with no signs of evolution yet. As usual very well made bourgogne ac with all characterics you would expect from a white burgundy and everything to a very reasonable price. Notes of apple, citrus and some pineapple accompanied with a little butteriness/creaminess (but on the lighter side), nice minerality and a hint of oak. I really like the consistency they are doing here year after year. Perfect drinking window, so drink up..
