Saturday, November 6, 2021 - Apples, minerals, and lemon zest on the nose, which feels a bit older than it should be, but it's quite lovely and interesting. The palate is clean and fresh with nice acidity, tart apples, lemon, citrus, and more minerals. Good finish. I'm not 100% sure if this is not slightly advanced/oxidized and therefore "correct", but decided to rate it based on my enjoyment.
