Friday, November 12, 2021 - Just lovely (with 2.5h decant this time)!

8 months ago I wrote:

"Purple, dark red colour. Lovely dark red/black berries, oak, tobacco, tarragon, and dark chocolate. Initially it seemed a bit too sweet even though it only has 1.6 g/L RS, probably due to extraction. Got better with time, not sure if I got used to it or if aeration helped. Long finish."

Did not notice any sweetness this time, maybe the long decant helped?
