Saturday, November 13, 2021 - A rainy Saturday afternoon with friends (My place): Opened around two hours before consumption, without decant. Served with food (baked ham, oven baked potatoes and dried beans).
At first a bit too acidic and no giving much, the wine got better and better with time in the glass. Beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. No question this is at peak now, could stay there perhaps a few more years.
