Tuesday, November 16, 2021 - Excellent, mature Pinot from Les Bressandes, one of the larger appellations located in northern Beaune. Very pale almandine in the glass.

Delicate aromas of wild raspberry and strawberry are met with notions of wet earth, dill and violet.

Soft, velvety and integrated tannins combined with robust and refreshing acidity give a lovely mouthfeel. Not even a hint of noticeable alcohol.

Flavours are smooth and long with dried red fruit and fresh herbs.

Drinking well now through 2026
