Thursday, November 18, 2021 - Coravin pour. Similar notes to last bottle. Perfect spot right now. Will be finishing the bottle for Thanksgiving Dinner. A little more minerally this time around. Maybe bottle variance. Lots of fruit still. Integrated tannins. Drink now or hold for next few years, but this is ready to go.
