Thursday, November 18, 2021 - Strong acidic attack, but balanced with the sweetness. Wood flavor, specifically a charred and burnt flavor, and cherry fruitiness comes in then lingers into the finish. This wine improved markedly after the bottle was open a month or so, as the acidity and flavors became better defined and delineated.
