Thursday, November 18, 2021 - An interesting melange of flavors: red current and pomegranate, earth, smoke and a touch of green tobacco, apricot and plum with an alternatively spicy and briny finish. The viognier really came through. Medium-bodied, soft, with dusty tannins coming out with air. Complex without a lot of force or drive, yet persistent.
