Saturday, November 20, 2021 - Incredibly aromatic. Lots of floral notes, but also a lot of stone fruit and citrus. The floral aspects of the gewurtz really work with the stone fruit from the riesling and enhance each other. Still has good acidity to keep everything balanced. Drinking really well right now, but still has several years ahead of it. Great on its own but terrific with food. Super quaffable in its youth, but if you can age them several years, you're always well rewarded.
