Saturday, February 14, 2009 - Golden yellow color. Persistent stream of bubbles, fairly widely dispersed, though mostly from the center. Nose of apples, with a slight chalkiness. Palate is quite creamy and round, with a very ripe red apple quality. Not terribly complex, but fairly decent in its style. To drink now.
